Thank you so much for wanting to donate to our group – we’re very grateful. We have a variety of different ways for you to make a contribution…
Please contact Alison Brown, our fundraising lead, on [email protected] for any information.
How to donate online
We are registered with BT My Donate, allowing online giving. People looking for sponsorship for an event to raise money for our group can also register on BT My Donate, and any sponsorship can be linked to our group. If you would like to give money through online giving please click here.
How to donate when you shop
We are registered on Easyfundraising – a great way to raise money for us without having to spend any extra money yourself! It works when you make purchases on the internet, you access the shops website through the Easyfundraising page, and our group gets a percentage donation of what you spend at the shop’s website. It’s really that simple. It doesn’t cost you anything, and is a good way to raise funds.
To register for Easyfundraising, visit their website and search for Wakefield and District Down’s Syndrome Support Group in the search for a cause area.
How to donate by recycling
We also raise funds by recycling printer cartridges. If your office or home uses printer cartridges and wants to donate them to us, when they are used up, we would really appreciate them. We will recycle them for you and the money we raise will go straight to the work of the charity.
Thank you once again for helping us continue our important work.
